百忧解治疗脑卒中后抑郁

目的探讨脑卒中并发抑郁的临床问题.方法采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表进行抑郁症状评定和临床疗效比较分析,进一步分析日常生活依赖程度及并发抑郁的相关性.结果病灶在额叶卒中后抑郁症发生最高,日常生活依赖程度评分与抑郁呈显著负相关.结论卒中后抑郁是影响卒中后功能恢复的重要因素,在康复过程中对功能恢复造成消极影响,应给予抗抑郁治疗.

Fluoxetine hydrochloride treat depression complicated by stroke

Objective To research the clinical problem of depression complicated by stroke. Methods The clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects were assessed with HAMD scales,and then evaluate the correlation of activities of daily living and depression complicated by stroke. Results Depression complicated by frontal stroke is high risk. The correlation of activities of daily living and depression is negative. Conclusions Depression is the important factor which influence the functional recovery negatively,so antidepressant therapy is essential.
