中晚期食管癌同时放、化疗疗效观察

目的：观察放疗联合TP方案同时化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法：放疗联合TP方案（Taxel＋DDP）同时化疗综合治疗中晚期食管癌33例,单纯放射治疗中晚期食管癌3 3例。结果 ：放化组和单放组的近期疗效总有效率分别为84.8%和66.7%,1、2、3年生存率分别为75.7%、51.5%、39.4%和57.8%、30.3%、24.2%,放化组明显优于单放组（P〈0.05）。两组间远处转移率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。同时放化组的毒副反应高于单放组,经对症处理后患者能耐受,不影响治疗。结论：同时放化疗优于单纯放射治疗,可明显提高中晚期食管癌的疗效。

Clinical study of local - advanced esophageal cancer treated with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy

Objective：To evaluate the effect of concurrent chemoradiation with TP regimen for local advanced esophageal cancer. Methods：All 66 cases with local advanced esophageal cancer were divided into two groups： 33 pa- tients treated with radiotherapy plus concurrent chemotherapy with TP regimen （ R ＋ C group） ; 33 patients treated with radiotherapy alone （ R group）. Results： The overall response rates （ CR ＋ PR） were 84.8 % in the R ＋ C group and 66.7 % in the R group, the short - term result of concurrent chemoradiation was better than that of radiotherapy alone （P〈0.05）. The 1, 2, 3 year survival rates were 75.7% , 51. 5% , 39.4% in theR ＋ Cgroupand 57.8% , 30.3% ,24.2% in the R group, respectively. The survival rates in the R ＋ C group were much better than those in the R group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Metastasis rates was not significantly different （ P 〉 0.05 ） . The R ＋ C group had more obvious side - effect than the R group, but the patients were tolerated. Conclusion： Radiotherapy plus con- current chemotherapy with TP regimen for local advanced esophageal cancer is more effective than radiotherapy alone.
