清得佳凝胶预防乳腺癌放射性皮炎的效果观察

目的：探讨清得佳凝胶预防乳腺癌术后放疗致急性放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法：收集本院病理确诊乳腺癌且行术后辅助胸壁放疗病例50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组在常规护理的基础上于第1次放疗后即给予清得佳凝胶涂抹照射野皮肤,对照组只给予常规护理,对两组皮肤损伤严重程度及相应剂量进行比较。结果：症状轻的I级放射性皮肤反应在治疗组发生率（68%）高于对照组（12%）;症状较重的III级皮肤反应治疗组（8%）低于对照组（28%）。皮肤反应发生剂量：对照组21例（84%）出现于照射40Gy以前,治疗组仅有11例（44%）,治疗组较对照组明显减轻及延缓放射性皮炎的发生（P〈0.01）。结论：清得佳凝胶能有效地预防乳腺癌放疗致急性放射性皮炎的发生。

Clinical observation of intrasite gel in management of breast cancer patients with radiation dermatitis

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Intrasite Gel in prevention of radiation dermatitis of patients with breast cancer.Methods： All 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups： 25 patients in treatment group were treated with Intrasite Gel from first time of radiotherapy;25 patients in control group received normal therapy.The skin injury rate and related radiation dose during the radiotherapy were observed.Results： Stage I skin injury rate in the treatment group was lower than control group（8% vs 28%）,while stage III skin injury rate was higher than control group（68% vs.12%）,and it needs irradiation of higher dosage to induce skin injury.The difference was significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Intrasite Gel can effectively prevent and relieve radiation dermatitis.
