| 摘 要： | 青光眼是居世界首位的不可逆性致盲性眼病。虽然临床中唯一被认可的降眼压治疗可以延缓疾病进展,但大部分患者的视力损害仍日益加剧。针对这一棘手的问题,旨在直接保护视网膜终末受累细胞的"视神经保护"研究正如火如荼地开展。为进一步明确青光眼性视神经保护基础研究面临的问题,本文就目前该方面的研究现状进行简要总结,并主要针对基础研究中所遇到的关键性问题进行论述,以期提高研究工作者对青光眼性视神经保护的认识,为进一步有效的临床治疗干预靶点提供有力依据。

| Abstract: | Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness. The only approved treatment strategy, lower- ing intraoeualr pressure, can merely delay the progression of vision loss, but not stop. In response to this situation, neu- roprotection which aims to protect the terminal damaged retinal ganglion cells is earring out throughout the world, and sheds light on curing glaucoma. In order to elaborate the fundamental problem in glaucoma neuroprotection, this review is going to give a brief summary of the current research status, deliberate the key problem in basic reasearch, further ex- plore the pathogenesis of glaucoma and to find effective clinical intervention strategies. （ Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhino- laryngol, 2011,12 ： 13-16） |
