榄香烯注射液联合紫杉醇加卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的：观察榄香烯注射液联合紫杉醇加卡铂方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效与不良反应。方法：61例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组31例和对照组30例。对照组：紫杉醇175mg/m2,d1;卡铂AUC-5,d1。观察组：在对照组基础上加用榄香烯注射液,于化疗前3天开始应用榄香烯注射液500mg,连续使用14天,为一个周期。所有患者每周期评价毒副作用,接受2周期治疗后评价疗效。结果：观察组和对照组的有效率,即（CR＋PR）分别为61.3%、40.0%,两组差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。观察组白细胞下降、恶心呕吐、脱发、末梢神经损伤等不良反应较对照组明显减轻（P〈0.05）。结论：榄香烯注射液能增加紫杉醇加卡铂方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效,提高患者的生存质量,减轻化疗的毒副反应。

Clinical efficacy of Elemene injection combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of Elemene injection combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：Total of 61 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into 31 cases of the observe group and 30 cases of the control group.Control group： paclitaxel 175mg/m2,d1;carboplatin AUC-5,d1.Observe Group： based on the control group added elemene injection on the application of chemotherapy 3 days before the beginning of elemene injection 500mg,continuous use 14 days as a cycle.Results： In observe group and control group（CR＋PR） were 61.3%,40.0%,（P0.05）.In observe Group,leukopenia,nausea,vomiting,hair loss,peripheral nerve injury,were decreased than the control group significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：Elemene injection combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin can enhance the efficacy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,improve quality of life of patients and reduce toxicity of chemotherapy.
