| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨真核翻译起始因子-5A2（eukaryotic initiation factor-5A2,EIF-5A2）在非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）中的表达及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学和实时荧光定量PCR（real time PCR）法检测66例NSCLC组织及其癌旁组织中EIF-5A2表达情况,并对临床病理资料和预后进行分析。结果：与癌旁组织相比,EIF-5A2在NSCLC中呈高表达（P〈0.001）。EIF-5A2的表达与NSCLC患者的组织分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而与性别、年龄、病理学类型、肿瘤大小、TNM分期无关。在多因素分析中EIF-5A2及淋巴结转移是NSCLC预后的独立因素。结论：EIF-5A2在NSCLC中高表达且预后差,对肿瘤发生、发展起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of EIF-5A2 in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and its prognostic significance.Methods： The expression of EIF-5A2 in sixty-six NSCLC specimens and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical（IHC） and real-time PCR method.The relationship between the EIF-5A2 expression and pathological data,prognostic factors were analyzed.Results：Compared with adjacent normal tissues,the expression of EIF-5A2 mRNA in cancerous tissues was higher（P0.001）.The expression of EIF-5A2 was statistically significant compared with histopathological differentiation,lymph node metastasis status（P0.05）,but not with sex,age,histology,tumor size,TNM staging.In the multivariate analysis,EIF5A2 and lymph node metastasis were proved to be independent prognostic factors（P0.05）.Conclusion：EIF-5A2 is overexpressed in NSCLC and its prognosis is poor.They may play an important role in carcinogenesis of NSCLC. |
