隐性乳腺癌(附8例报告)

目的探讨隐性乳腺癌发病率、诊断、治疗与预后。方法对本科室1985年4月至2004年底8例隐性乳腺癌进行回顾性调查分析。结果隐性乳腺癌不多见,本人报告8例,占1985年4月至2004年底912例乳腺癌的0.9%。本病首发症状是转移性腋下肿块,乳腺触不到肿块,乳腺外检查亦无可疑征象,确诊时多为中晚期癌。结论强调腋淋巴结转移癌在没有明显乳外癌症的情况下,应视为乳腺癌而尽早予以治疗。可手术的隐性乳腺癌宜行根治术,乳腺内、外检查未发现原发病变的腋转移癌应按乳腺癌治疗并密切随诊。

Summary-Occult Carcinoma of the Breast-A Report of 8 Cases

Objective To discuss the incidence, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the occlt carcinoma of the breast. Methods Through the reviewed investigation and analysis of the eight cases of occlt breast carcinoma of our department from April 1985 to December 2004. Results The occlt carcinoma of the breast is rather rare. It was found in 8{0.9%} cases among 912 patients with breast cancer dealt with in our department during April 1985 to December 2004. The clinical symptom of this disease mainly was axillary metastatic mass without palpable tumor in the breast. When a definit were made, most of them were medium or advanced stage cancer. Conclusions We put much importance on their early detection and treatment. It was recommended that a metastatic carcinama found in axillary lymph node without evidence of extramammary or mammary primary lesion should be treated as a breast cancer. In operable occult brerast cancer, radical mastectomy is recommended.
