多层螺旋CT在输尿管梗阻诊断中的临床应用价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在输尿管梗阻诊断中的临床价值。方法对36例输尿管梗阻的MSCT影像资料进行回顾性分析。所有病人采用平扫、增强扫描（动、静脉期及排泄期）检查,并将图像信息进行最大密度投影MIP、多平面重建MPR、曲面重建CPR及容积再现VR处理。结果 36例输尿管梗阻患者中阳性结石15例、阴性结石6例、炎性致输尿管梗阻3例、输尿管肿瘤3例,膀胱癌致输尿管梗阻5例、直肠癌致输尿管梗阻4例,所有病例通过轴位、MIP、MPR、CPR及VR图像均可以清晰显示输尿管的整体形态、梗阻部位及其周围情况,为临床的定位及定性诊断提供可靠依据。结论 MSCT对输尿管梗阻的诊断具有较高的临床价值。

The Clinical Value of Multislice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Ureteral Obstruction

Objective To explore the application value of multislice spiral CT （MSCT） in ureteral obstruction.Methods 36 patients with ureteral obstruction of MSCT images were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent CT scan,and enhanced CT scan during arterial phase, venous phase and excretory phase, and the volume data were reconstructed with maximum intensity projection（MIP）, multiple plane reconstruction（MPR）,curved plane reconstruction（CPR）,and volume rendering（VR）.Results Among the 36 patients with ureteral obstruction,there were 15 cases of ureteral positive stone,6 cases of ureteral negative stone,3 cases of ureteral obstruction caused by inflammation,3 case of ureteral tumor,5 cases of ureteral obstruction caused by bladder cancer,5 cases of ureteral obstruction caused by rectal cancer.The axial,MIP,MPR,CPR,and VR image of all cases could clearly show the shape of ureter,the site of obstruction and the surroundings of ureter,to provide the reliable basis in the locational and clinical diagnosis.Conclusion MSCT is of great value in the diagnosis of ureteral obstruction.
