运用痛阈比较法对剖腹产手术期疼痛进行心理干预对策及效果分析

目的探讨剖腹产术中疼痛的心理干预方法、对策、措施．减轻产妇痛苦,提高人文护理质量。方法将剖宫产术患者400例随机分为心理干预组和非心理干预组。把手术分为输液关、麻醉关,手术操作关。各环节引起的疼痛进行分解,层层深入,进行心理干预。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法评定上述两组患者的术中疼痛。评定心理干预的效果。结果非心理干预组急诊剖腹产患者的疼痛积分在三关中高于心理干预组（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预对减轻剖腹产手术患者的疼痛是有效的。可行的。

Evaluation of the Strategy and Effect of Psychological Intervention on Intra-operative Pain of Caesarean Section with Pain Threshold Comparing

Objective To investigate the method, strategy and implementation of psychological intervention for intra-operative pain of caesarean section and to relieve the pain of the patients and improve nursing quality.Method Four hundred patients receiving caesarean section were randomly assigned to two groups.The trial group received psychological intervention,the control group did not receive any psychological therapy.The pain originated mainly from intravenous trocar implantation,performance of anaesthesia and surgical trauma.The intervention was de- signed to relieve the pain from all sources.The effect of psychological modality was evaluated by scoring intra- operative pain by visual analogue scale.Results The control group sufferd more severe intra-operative pain from all the three sources compared with the trial group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion Psychological intervention for relieving intro-operative pain of CS in effective and feasible.
