| 摘 要： | 灭螺药物的研制与开发是血防科研的重点,通过电镜观察灭螺药物对钉螺超微结构的损伤,阐明其作用部位和作用机制,从而为全面评估灭螺药物的效果和毒性反应奠定基础,并为开发新型药物提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The development of molluscicides is the research points to schistosomiasis japonica. We observed the ultrastructure damage of oncomelania hupensis with electron microscope after using different molluscicides. These ultrastructural findings may provide useful information for clarifying the molluscacidal mechanism, effect and toxicity. |
