| 摘 要： | 本文将62例食道调搏心负荷试验结果,分别与同组活动平板试验或异丙肾上腺素负荷试验的结果进行对比。结果:调搏试验与二者的诊断符合率分别为88.7％、82.8％。阳性检出率、敏感性和各组结果的年龄分布情况,对冠心病均有相同的诊断意义,故本试验有一定的临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | In 62 cases of this paper,the results of cardiac stress test by transesophageal atrial pacing were compared with that of treadmill stress test and those of isoprote-renal stress test respectively.We found those transesophageal atrial pacing test was very accordant with the other two diagnostic tests and that positive rates and sensitivities of the three methods and the distributions of ages in each group were similar also.Transesophageal atrial pacing is useful as a diagnostic method for coronary heart disease. |
