| 摘 要： | 目的 评价胆囊切除术的潜在危险性，方法 对胆事上切除术中所遇到的各种困难和复杂情况及处理方法进行归类总结。结果 在215例胆囊切除术中遇各种困难和复杂情况占20％，未发生手术并发症，但险情不断。结论 胆囊切除术充满潜在危险，对术中出现的任何困难和意外情况如不能稳妥处理，都会导致严重后果。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the potential risks of cholecystectomy.Methods There were many difficulties and complexities managed by effective methods and classified in cholecystectomy.Results In 215 cases,20% found difficulties and complexities.There were no complications,but dangers often took up in the operation.Conclusions Cholecystectomy bears potential risks.If any difficulties and complexities can not be well managed,it will lead to terrible outcome. |
