摘    要:目的:探索大孔吸附树脂在中药材和中药制剂中分析生物碱类成分的方法。方法:对黄连及左金丸中化学成分用大孔吸附树脂D101进行预分离,反相高效液相色谱法测定其小檗碱的含量。结果:大孔吸附树脂D101在适当条件下对小檗碱具有较好的吸附和解吸附性能。结论:该方法分析中药材及其制剂中小檗碱含量时具有简便、快捷、排除杂质干扰等优点。

Abstract:Objectives: To explore a proper method for the analyse of components in traditional Chinese medicinal materials and their preparations. Method: The berberine in Rhizoma coptidis and zuojing pill were pre-separated with macroporous ad.sorptive resin D101 , and the contents of berberine were determined by RP-HPLC. Result: Macroporous adsorptive resin had a better performance of adsorption and disadsorption in proper condition. Conclusion: This method is simpole , rapid, and interference of excluding impurities for determining the content of berberine in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and their preparations.
