| 摘 要： | 本文分析45例腹型癫痫患者的脑电图(EEG),结果异常率为100.0％。异常脑波为棘(尖)波或棘(尖)慢综合波27例(60％),阵发或爆发高幅同步δ活动者36例(80％),其中既有爆发性慢活动又有棘(尖)波者17例(37.7％)。经用抗癫痫药物治疗后,44例临床症状改善或消失,EEG恢复正常。最后,讨论了腹型癫痫的发病机理。

| Abstract: | An EEG analysis of 45 patients with abdominal epilepsy was made in this paper and the rate of abnormality was 100%.It was found that the more common abnormal waves were sharp vave or slow wave complex in 27 cases (60%),paroxysmal high voltage 8 activity,at the same step in 36 cases (80%),not only paroxysmal slow activity but also sharp wave in 17 cases (37.7%).These patients were treated with antiepileptic drugs for an year.Among the 45 cases,44 cases were cured clinically and the EEG was normal.Final,the pathogensis of abdominal epilepsy was discussed. |
