| 摘 要： | 骨髓间充质干细胞是一群均一的细胞，具有自身的增殖特征及组织化学特征．它在适宜的微环境中能分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、肌腱细胞、脂肪细胞和星状神经细胞等，它易于分离、扩增，易于外源基因导入表达，有望成为细胞治疗和基因治疗的新型靶细胞，具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have active self-proliferative and multi-differentiate capacity.They can differentiate into the cells of osteogentic, chondrogenic, tendonogenic, adipogenic and myogenic lineages.More studies have proved the marrow mesenchymal stem cells show stable, long-term growth in vitro, rapid proliferation, easily anchorage and can be passaged continuously.It indicates that the MSCs could be exploited as the seeding cells in tissue engineering and be used for genetherapy. |
