| 摘 要： | 目的：建立甘肃道地药材麻黄的指纹图谱。方法：采用HPLC法分析麻黄药材中的麻黄碱。结果：麻黄药材的指纹图谱有较好的相关性，所有共有峰的参数符合国家药品监督管理局关于有关药材的技术要求。结论：本研究将有助于麻黄药材的标准化种植及麻黄道地药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To set up the fingerprint spectrum of Ephedra sinica from Gansu province and its extract for controlling the quality. Methods: HPLC with UV detector was used to analyze the patterns of Ephedra sinica from Gansu province. Results; The fingerprint spectrum of Ephedra sinica from Gansu province was set up. Furthermore, the fingerprint spectrum showed an excellent correlation , and all the parameters of the main co-peaks met the requirements for State Drug Administration' s technical regulations on the herb. Conclusion: The studies are useful for the quality control of Ephedra sinica from Gansu province. |
