Effect of the method of regulating Qi for reducing turbid on functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression

Objective To observe the effect of the method of regulating Qi for reducing turbid on functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression.Methods 55 cases of unctional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received western medicine.Treatment group received the method of regulating Qi for reducing turbid.The course was four weeks in two groups.Clinical curative effect was summarized after a course.Main symptoms score,HAMA score,HAMD score and 5-HT levels were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（93.55%） was higher than that in control group（83.33%,P0.05）.The symptoms score and 5-HT levels after treatment were significantly improved in comparison with that before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.Early satiety,belching and bloating score in treatment group were lower that those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.HAMA and HAMD score after treatment were significantly decreased in comparison with that before treatment in treatment groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The method of regulating Qi for reducing turbid can significantly improve the symptoms of FD with anxiety and depression,lower levels of 5-HT,and has significant effect,no side effects.
