神经外科下肢深静脉血栓的成因及护理

目的：探讨神经外科下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的原因及护理措施。方法：总结分析2006年1月至2008年1月间我科下肢深静脉血栓患者10例的临床资料,总结其形成的原因及护理措施。结果：本组500例神经外科患者发生DVT 10例,发生率为2.00%。10例DVT患者中,≥65岁者8例,占80.00%;心肺功能不全者6例,占60.00%;卧床时间≥4周者6例,占60.00%;血液高凝状态者8例,占80.00%;静脉损伤者7例,占70.00%;以上因素与相应的对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床护理应根据其形成原因对患者尤其是高危人群进行重点护理,以避免DVT的发生,促进患者的康复。

Reason and Nursing for Deep Veins Phlebothrombosis of Lower Limb in Neurosurgery

Objective： To investigate the reasons and nursing measures for deep veins phlebothrombosis of lower limb in neurosurgery . Method： 10 cases with deep veins phlebothrombosis of lower limbs in neurosurgery in our hospital from January in 2006 to January in 2008 were selected and the reason and nursing of deep veins phlebothrombosis of lower limb in neurosurgery were analyzed. Result： The 10 cases was with DVT in 500 patients after operations and the incidence rate was 2.00%. In the 10 cases with deep veins phlebothrombosis of lower limb, there were 8 cases （ 80.00% ） whose ages were more than 65 years old, 6 cases （60.00%） whose ages were with cardiorespiratory functional defects, 6 cases （ 60.00% ） whose time lying in bed were more than 4 weeks, 8 cases （80.00% ） whose were in hypercoagulabale states, 7 cases （70.00%）who were with venous injurys, and there were significant differences compared with their control groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical care must nurse the high risk group emphasisly according to the reasons of deep veins phlebothrombosis of lower limbs to avoid the happening of DVT and to promote the rehabilitation.
