大鼠肝癌MRI、DSA与病理对照研究

摘    要:目的探讨大鼠肝癌和诱发肝癌模型MRI、DSA的成像技术及影像特点,建立肝癌实验模型.材料和方法将CBRH3癌组织块接种在大白鼠肝脏不同部位和二乙基硝胺诱发肝癌模型,分别在癌肿形成后,行MRI、DSA检查及癌组织镜检,观察其影像学表现并和病理进行对照分析.结果接种癌T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈较均匀高信号,DSA表现为环形异常血管染色;诱发癌T1WI呈均匀或不均匀低信号(10例),T2WI呈等或略高信号8例,呈低信号2例.结论接种癌影像学表现和人体转移性肝癌相类似,可作为转移性肝癌之实验模型;而诱发癌影像表现和人体原发性肝癌相类似,可作为原发性肝癌之实验模型.

Abstract:Purpose: To evaluate scan technique and imaging fentures of planted hepatoma and induced hepatoma models in rats, hoping to construct the experimental model of hepatoma by providing imaging materials similar to clinical imaging data of human hepatoma. Materials and Methods: CBRH 3 cancer tissues were planted in different parts of the rat livers. Diethylnitrosoamine was taken orally to induce hepatoma in rats. The rats were done with MRI, DSA through hepatic artery after the tumor has grown to certain degreee. The liver tumor of rats were observed and examind by naked eyes and microscope, and its imaging manifestations and patholoic indications were comparitively analyzed; Resuts: The planted hepatoma of rats was slight low signal on T 1WI and homogeneons high signal in T 2WI, the imaging manifestation of which were abnormal ringlike blood dying with DSA. The induced hepatoma of rats were homogeneous or inhomogeneous low signals on T 1WI, and equal or slight high signals (8 cases), low signals (2 cases) on T 2WI. Conclusions: The planted hepatoma of rats, its imaging manifestations is similar to that of matastatic tumor of human livers, can serve as experimantal model of human liver's matastatic tumor; While the induced hepatoma of rats, its imaging manifestation simitsar to that of human primary hepatocellular carcinoma, can serve as experimental model of human primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
