| 摘 要： | 目的建立肾炎宁胶囊的质量标准(由黄芪、三七、枸杞子、牛膝等组方)。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中的枸杞子、牛膝、三七进行鉴别,并用薄层扫描法对制剂中所含的黄芪甲苷进行含量测定。结果平均回收率为99.25%,相对标准偏差为2.79%,黄芪甲苷在2.138~10.690μg范围内线性关系良好。结论该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可用来控制该制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Shenyanning capsules(Radix Astragali,Radix Notoginseng,Fructus Lycii,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,etc.).Methods Radix Notoginseng,Fructus Lycii and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae were identified by TLC,and Astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by TLCS.Results The average recovery was 99.25% with RSD of 2.79%,and the linear range of Astragaloside Ⅳ was from 2.138 μg to 10.690 μg.Conclusion This method was simple,rapid with a good reproducibility,it can be used for quality control of Shenyanning capsules. |
