| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药茵栀黄注射液对新生儿高胆红素血症的临床治疗效果。方法以各种不同原因引起的新生儿高胆红素血症80例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给以茵栀黄注射液5ml.d-1静脉滴注5~7d。观察两组72h血胆红素值及痊愈天数。结果治疗组72h血胆红素值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),痊愈天数明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄注射液静脉滴注对新生儿高胆红素血症有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical curative effects of Yinzhihuang injection in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn.Methods Eighty cases of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn were randomly divided into two groups:control group was performed with rountine treatment ,treatment group was performed with Yinzhihuang injection (5 ml·d~(-1))intravenously for 5d to 7 d.Level of hemobilirubin after 72 h and days of recovery were observed in two groups.Results Level of hemobilirubin in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group (P<0.01),and days of recovery was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang injection is effective treatment of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn |
