耳蜗微循环的自身调节机制

摘    要:耳蜗微循环的自身调节是指存在于耳蜗血管本身的内在的调节耳蜗血流的作用,是维持耳蜗正常血供的重要因素。耳蜗血管结构及血液供应的特点是耳蜗血流量保持稳定的自身调节基础,灌注压在一定范围内变化时,耳蜗血管通过其肌源性收缩和舒张活动调节耳蜗血流量使之保持相对稳定。血气浓度变化时,耳蜗血管通过化学调节作用或血气浓度改变灌注压引起血管管壁肌源性运动等机制而自身调节耳蜗血流量。

Abstract:The self-regulation mechanisms of cochlear mierocirculation is an important factor in norreal blood supply of cochlea. The point of vein fabric and blood supply of cochlea is the base of self-regulation in keeping stabilization in cochlear blood stream. Cochlea keeps stabilization in its blood stream by myogenic constringcncy and spread when the perfusian pressure variety under certain confine. The cochlear blood vessels Changes its blood gas concentration through regulation of chemical or gas concentration changes in blood vessel wall perfusion pressure caused by myogenic movement and self-regulation mechanisms.
