中药治疗强直性脊柱炎的实验研究

目的：评价一组复方中药对强直性脊柱炎鼠模的治疗效果。方法：46只基因缺陷鼠分成5组。中药组用3个不同浓度剂量灌胃治疗，对照组用生理盐水和磷酸柠檬酸盐（PC）治疗，用临床检查，体重测定，X线摄影，组织病理学来评价疗效，结果：各组动物的体重无明显差异。低剂量中药组HA-Ⅰ，HA-Ⅱ对动物的四肢小关节和脊柱强直无明显治疗作用，而中药高剂量组HA-Ⅲ和PC对控制脊柱和骶髂关节的骨化有明显疗效，在X-线片和组织病理学中得到证实，但PC的疗效优于中药。结论：本实验中采用的高剂量中药煎剂对进展性强直性脊柱炎动物的脊柱和骶髂关节骨化有治疗作用。

Experimental Study for Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) with Chinese Herbs

Objective: To evaluate a Chinese combination herbs efficacy for AS animal model. Methods: Forty-six homozygous ank/ank mice with progressive ankylosing were divided 5 groups. There were 3 different dosages in herbs groups for gastric gavages. And the control groups were with normal saline(NS) and phosphocitrate(PC) for treatment. For the efficacy, clinical examination, weighting, radiography and histopathology were used to evaluate. Results: Weights gain was equivalent in all the groups. It seems that the lower dosages of herbs had no significant efficacy for inhibiting ankylosing of limbs joints and spine. But both highest dosage of herbs and PC had significant efficacy for inhibiting ankylosing of spine and sacroiliac joints. It was confirmed by X-ray and histopathology. The PC was superior to the highest dosage of herbs.Conclusion:This study showed that this combination of Chinese herbs is somewhat effective in treating progressive ankylosing in mice.
