| 摘 要： | 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (ｂａｓｉｃｆｉｂｒｏｂｌａｓｔｇｒｏｗｔｈｆａｃｔｏｒ,ｂＦＧＦ)是一种重要的多肽生长因子 ,也是ＦＧＦ家族中原型成员之一。从 1 974年Ｇｏｓｐｏ ｄａｒｏｗｉｃｚ等1 ] 从牛脑中分离出ＦＧＦ以来 ,近二十多年研究表明 ,ｂＦＧＦ在促进血管生成2 ] 、创伤愈合3] 、骨骼修复4] 、神经营养与修复5] 、眼晶体再生6] 以及胚胎的发育与分化7] 方面均显示出生物学活性。近年研究发现ｂＦＧＦ在恶性肿瘤组织中有强烈表达 ,并与肿瘤病理分级、分期呈正相关 ,同时血清中ｂＦＧＦ水平亦明显增高 ,这提示ｂＦＧ…

| Abstract: | Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) has been used in wound healing, bone healing, vascular grafting, lens regeneration and limp regeneration. Anti-bFGF antibody is thought to be an major important reagent for bFGF research. This review summarizes the development of anti-bFGF antibody in recent years including preparation, screening, identification and application in order to provide reference to the studies of this field in our country. |
