摘    要:为探讨气垫枕恢复颈椎曲度的机理,提出合适的垫枕体位,采用二维有限元颈脊柱模型,对颈椎曲度减少、变直、反弓3种曲度变化,在9种垫枕体位及2种气垫充气状态下的应力应变规律进行分析,结果显示:3 种曲度变化下,椎体与椎间盘前后缘均受纵向拉应力,前缘明显大于后缘,椎体与椎间盘后缘及小关节中点还受前压力,水平0°垫枕住恢复颈曲有效应力最大,应力值均集中于颈脊柱中下段。说明气垫枕确有恢复颈椎曲度,辅助治疗颈椎病的作用,水平0°位垫气枕最适宜。

Abstract:To investigate the mechanism of air cushion for recovering cervical lordosis and propose suitable cushion-laid place, a method of calculation was setted up in computer to study the distribution law of internal stress of cervical spine when three kinds of cervical radian pathological changes (smaller, straight, counter-arch) were treated by air cushion against the gravity action in nine cushion-laid places and two kinds of air-filled conditions. The results showed that strain lied at the front and rear edges of vertebra bodies and intervertebral discs, the forces at the front edges were stronger than rear edges. Pressures at the rear edges of vertebra bodies and intervertebral discs and at the mean points of facet joints were largest. The numerical value of load corresponding to recover cervical radian at the level position was largest. The forces focused on the lower-mid cervical spine. This air cushion for recovering cervical radian and treating cervical spondylosis were verified. Level position was the most suitable place for cushion-laid.
