摘    要:<正> 缺硒可能是原发性肝癌的化学病因之一,因此,研究原发性肝癌患者的血硒水平对于肝癌的临床诊治可能有一定的参考价值。虽然肝癌患者的血硒水平显著偏低已有报导,但治疗前后他们的血硒水平有何不同,则尚不清楚,本文探讨了这个同题。材料和方法 126例经病理组织学或CT扫描及AFP等多项生

Abstract:blood selenium (Se) levels were detemined in 126 primary liver cancer (PLC) patients before therapy, 76 of them after ones, and 74 normals, respectively, using 2,3diaminonaphthalene fluorometric method modified by the author. The results indicated that blood Se levels of PLC patients before therapy were significantly lower than that of normals(P<0.01), and also that of the 76 cases after onee(P<0.05); No signignificant difference was foundbetween blood Se levels in those PLC patients after therapy and normals (P<0.05), it suggested that rise in blood Se levels of PLC patients is probably a mark of their disease improvement. Blood Se levels of PLC patients after excision were significantly higher than that of ones with non-excision(P<0.05), and no significant difference comparing with that of normals(P>0.05), it suggested that excision is an advantage over non-excision. Blood Se levels of PLC patients after non-excision were about the same as that of ones(126 cases) before therapy, and had significant difference comparing with that of normals(P<0.01), it suggested that non-excision could not eradicate cancer focus. Therefore, blood Se levels might be an adjunctive aid for detecting PLC, and a reference index of evaluatng therapeutic efficiency and of judging cancer deteriorative levels.
