| 摘 要： | 目的 比较抑郁症患者两侧脑动脉血流速度的变化。 方法 采用三维经颅超声多普勒检查 2 2例抑郁症患者两侧脑动脉平均血流速度。 结果 抑郁症患者左侧大脑前动脉和左侧大脑中动脉的平均血流速度均较右侧减慢 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 抑郁症患者两侧脑动脉血流速度的改变不一致 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the blood flow velocity changes of bilateral cerebral arteries in patients with depressive neurosis. Methods The mean velocity was detected by using transcranial Doppler ultrasound in 22 patients with depressive neurosis. Results The mean velocities of left anterior and middle cerebral arteries decreased markedly as compared with that of right. Conclusion The blood flow velocity of bilateral cerebral arteries changes differently in patients with depressive neurosis. |
