碟脉灵注射液治疗急性脑梗死43例临床观察

目的观察碟脉灵注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床效果和安全性。方法将86例ACI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,分别给予碟脉灵注射液和低分子右旋糖酐静滴治疗。结果治疗组治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度评分差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。治疗组的显效率为53.5%,而对照组的显效率则为25.6%,两者比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);治疗组的总有效率为79.1%,显著优于对照组的58.1%(P<0.05),且未见明显副作用。结论碟脉灵注射液治疗ACI安全、有效。

Effect of Diemaining injection on treating 43 patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Diemaining injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods 86 ACI cases were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, receiving treatment of Diemaining injection and dextran-40 respectively. Results There were significant differences in nerve functional defect scale before and after treatment in treatment group. The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(53.5% vs 25.6%, P<0.001). The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(79.1% vs 58.1%, P<0.05), and had few side effects. Conclusion It is effective and safe that Diemaining injection in treatment of cases with ACI.
