| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测酸性氧化电位水与2％戊二醛对胃镜消毒效果进行比较，寻找一种有效、快速、简便的消毒方法。方法临床污染的96条胃镜分为两组，分别采用2％戊二醛浸泡20min（对照组）、酸性氧化电位水浸泡5min（实验组）的方法消毒，比较2种消毒液对胃镜表面和内腔的消毒效果。结果2种消毒液对胃镜的消毒效果相同，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论酸性氧化电位水对胃镜的消毒效果肯定、消毒时间短、对人体无损害，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To find an effective,quick and convenient sterilizing method of gastroscope by compare the sterilizing effect of acidic oxidized electrolyzed water with 2%glutaraldehyde.Methods 96 used gastroscope were average to 2 groups and were sterilized by be marinated in 2%glutaradehyde for 20 minutes(contrast group) and acidic oxidized electrolyzed water for 5 minutes(test group),respectively.Compare the sterilizing effect of the 2 groups.Results The sterilizing effect of acidic oxidized electrolyzed water r and 2%glutaraldehyde for gastroscope were same and had not a statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The sterilizing effect of acidic oxidized electrolyzed water for gastroscope was sure.The sterilizing time was short and acidic oxidized electrolyzed water would not harm human body. |
