~(131)I治疗甲亢前后血清指标变化的观察

目的:通过观察甲亢治疗前后血清指标的变化,分析131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)的临床疗效。方法:选择适合131I治疗的病例,根据相关理论给予患者一次性口服一定剂量的131I。治疗后定期复诊,观测其血清FT3、FT4和Tsh的变化。结果:口服131I治疗后,一年内患者血清FT3、FT4和Tsh逐步恢复至正常。160例患者中有148例一次治疗后恢复正常。有效率在90％以上。结论:131I治疗甲亢是一种安全、有效的方法。

Observation on the variations of the blood serum indixes after ~(131)I treating Hyperthyroidism

Objective The treatment effect of hyperthyroidism disease with 131I was analyzed by comparing the variations of blood serum indixes before and after treatment. Methods The patients with hyperthyroidism were singled out to be treated with iodine-131. The iodine-131 whose amount was calculated according to the relative theory was taken orally once by patients. Then they would periodically come back to the hospital for examination after the treatment. And the values of FT3, FT4 and Tsh of the blood serum of the patients were examined. Results The values of FT3, FT4 and Tsh of the blood serum of them returned to a normal value within one year. 148 patients among the 160 were cured. And the effective rate of the hyperthyroidism treatment with iodine-131 was above ninety percent. Conclusion It can be concluded that it is safe and effective to treat hyperthyroidisms with iodine-131.
