| 摘 要： | 笔者报告了26例视网膜母细胞瘤,讨论了其CT表现特征,指出CT扫描可确定肿瘤钙化、大小、部位、球后及颅内扩展情况,有助于明确诊断和确定治疗计划,是一项十分有价值的检查方法。

| Abstract: | 26 cases of retinoblastoma were reported by the authers. The characteristic CT appearances were analysed. The tumor calcification, size, location, retraorbital or intracranial extension could be observed with CT. All of them are important in determining prognosis and planning treatment. It is proved that CT is a more valuable method for retinoblastoma. |
