稳心颗粒治疗老年冠心病SMI伴室性早博

目的:探讨稳心颗粒对老年人冠心病无症状心肌缺血(SMI)伴室性早博(室早)的疗效及安全性.方法:将65例老年人冠心病SMI伴室早患者随机分为两组,稳心颗粒组34例,复方丹参片组31例.两组均同时加服阿司匹林与普伐他汀,疗程12周.结果:稳心颗粒组用药后SMI的发作次数显著降低(P<0.01),持续总时间显著减少(P<0.01),室早显著减少(P<0.01).复方丹参片组SMI发作次数亦明显降低(P<0.05),持续总时间缩短(P<0.05),但室早治疗前后差异不显著(P>0.05).两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P均<0.05).未见稳心颗粒严重不良反应.结论:稳心颗粒治疗老年冠心病SMI伴室早有效、安全.

Treating Senile Coronary Heart Disease with Wenxin Granule

Objective: To explore the curative effect and safety of Wenxin granule on senile myocardialischemia (SMI) with ventricular premature beats (VPBs) in coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods: 65 cases of SMI with VPBs in senile CHD were randomly into two groups. 34 cases in group A were treated with Wenxin granule and 31 cases in group B with Co. Dansheng tablets. Additionally bothgroups were treated with aspirin and pravastatin for 12 weeks as a period of tre atment.Results: The occurrence times of SMI in group A was significantly reduced (P<0.01), its total continual time shorter markedly (P<0.01) and the occurrence times of VPBs also obviously reduced ( P <0.05). While in groupB, the occurrence times of SM1 was significantly reduced ( P <0.05), its total continual time shorter markedly ( P <0.05), but difference of occurrence times of VPBs before and after treatment was not obvious ( P >0.05). The differences in group A and B were significant (all P <0.05). No serious side-effectof Wenxin granule was found during treatment.Conclusion:Treating Senile (CHD) with Wenxin Granule is effective and safe.
