p53基因突变与口腔肿瘤关系的研究进展

野生型p53作为抗肿瘤基因可以通过停止细胞生长和启动细胞凋亡机制而发挥抑癌作用。但是,p53基因突变率高导致其诱导细胞凋亡的功能下降,有利于肿瘤的发生。本文将对p53基因的分子生物学特性、突变、对口腔肿瘤发生及预后的影响予以综述。

Study Progress of the Relationship Between p53 Gene Mutation and Oral Tumor

Wild type p53 gene can exert its inhibiting effect on oral tumor by stopping cell growth and initiating apoptosis as a kind of antioncogene.But high gene mutation rate of wild type p53 can induce the its decreased function resulting in apoptosis,which is helpful to the genesis of tumor.This article reviews p53 gene about molecular bionomics,and mutation and its effect on oral tumorigenesis and prognosis.
