医患沟通的质量会对医疗实践的结果产生深刻的影响,掌握医患沟通的技巧对于建立健康、平等与和谐的医患关系具有重要的意义。本文从名医扁鹊劝蔡桓公治病的失败谈起,分析了医患沟通的本质,进而逐一论述了医务人员在医患沟通中应注意的语言沟通和非语言沟通两方面的基本技巧。以期对缓解当下紧张的医患关系及和谐医患关系的构建有所裨益。

Interpretation of physician-patient communication abilities and its skills through the literature of (Bian Que Jian Cai Huan)

The quality of physician-patient communication has a profound impact on the results of medical practice.Moreover,learning skills of physician-patient communication is of great significance in establishing healthy,equal and harmonious physician-patient relationship.In this paper,the author stared from talking about the famous doctor Bian Que's failure to persuade Cai Huan,then analyzed the essence of physician-patient communicative skills,and finally introducesd the basic skills that the medical staff should pay attention to in both verbal and non-verbal communications between doctors and patients,with a view to help build a hamonious physician-patient relationship.
