肺结核化疗期类赫氏反应的表现特征及误诊分析

目的:提高肺结类赫氏反应的认识,减少误诊,方法:回顾性分析总结,结果,肺结核类赫氏反应误诊为耐药结核达36.7%,但前好发于青壮年谈菌阳性重症患的化疗初期,胸片发现病灶恶化与痰菌量减少呈矛盾现象,新病灶主要是渗出性改变,维持原方案抗痨此反应短期内消失,结论:提高对类赫氏反应的认识,特别是将其与耐高结核的鉴别十分重要.

Clinical Feature and Misdiagnostic Analysisof Herxheimer-liked Reaction in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To study the clinical feature and reduce misdiagnosis of Herxheimer-liked reaction in the treatment of tuberculosis.Methods Reviewing the medical records of tuberculosis patients.Results This reaction occured in the initial therapy of the severe tuberculosis cases with positive sputum,there were manifestations of the radiographic changes,most of which were pulmonary infiltration.Conclusions It is important to realize the character of herxheimer-liked reaction and distinguish with drug-resistant tuberculosis.
