卡介菌多糖核酸对梅毒血清固定患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘    要:目的 研究卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)对梅毒血清固定患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,探讨BCG-PSN对梅毒血清固定可能的免疫调节机制. 方法 采用三色荧光抗体染色技术经流式细胞仪检测30例梅毒血清固定患者经卡介菌多糖核酸治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,并与30例正常人群的检测结果相对照. 结果 BCG-PSN治疗前,梅毒血清固定患者外周血CD3 、CD4 淋巴细胞均低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(CD3 组P<0.001;CD4 组P<0.01),而CD8 淋巴细胞高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);经BCG-PSN治疗后,梅毒血清固定患者外周血CD3 、CD4 淋巴细胞均明显高于治疗前(P<0.001),CD8 淋巴细胞明显低于治疗前(P<0.001);治疗后梅毒血清固定患者外周血CD3 、CD4 、CD8 淋巴细胞与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>.05). 结论 卡介菌多糖核酸可通过调节梅毒血清固定患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,纠正CD4 /CD8 失衡,起到辅助治疗梅毒血清固定患者的作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of BCG-PSN on the Patients with Sero- resistance of Syphili and to their immunity mechanisms. Methods Tlymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry in peripheral blood of 30 sero-resistance and 30 healthy subjects. Results Before treatment using BCG-PSN, the proportion of CD3+ CD4+ T cell of peripheral blood from patients with Sero-resistance of Syphili were significantly decreased compared with those from NS (CD3+ group P<0.001, CD4+ group P<0.01), the proportion of CD8+ T cell percentage was increased (P<0.001); After treatment using BCG-PSN, the proportion of CD3+ CD4+ T cell of peripheral blood from patients were significantly increased compared with those from NS (P<0.001), the proportion of CD8+ T cell percentage was significantly decreased compared with those from non-treated patients. (P <0.001); the proportion of CD3+ CD4+ T cell and the proportion of CD3+ CD8+ T cell from patients with Sero-resistance of Syphili had no significantly change in statistics (P>0.05). Conclusions BCG-PSN can regulate the T lymphocyte subset population and the ratio of CD4+ / CD8+ of peripheral blood from patients with Sero-resistance of Syphili. The Patients with Sero-resistance of Syphili can be treated by BCG-PSN auxiliary field.
