| 摘 要： | 目的 :为临床胰 -肾移植患者他可莫司 (FK5 0 6 )的合理使用提供参考。方法 :采用单抗微珠酶联免疫吸附试验 (MEIA)法对胰 -肾联合移植的患者术后全血FK5 0 6浓度进行动态监测 ,并对其结果进行分析。结果 :药量与血药浓度二者呈正相关 ,但相关关系不密切 (Y^ =2 .35 +1.0x^ ,r =0 .4 2 75 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胰 肾移植术后应常规性的监测FK5 0 6血药浓度 ,随时调整其合理用量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the rational use of FK506 clinically.Methods:Regular sampling of early morning blood was collected for detection of FK506 concentration after simultaneous pancreas kidney transplantation.The blood level of FK506 was assayed with MEIA.Results:It was found that there was not close correlation between the FK506 dosge and the concentration of FK506 (Y^=2.35+1.0x^, r =0.4275, P <0.05).Conlution:After simultaneous pancreas kidney transplantation,the FK506 concentration in blood should be monitored on a routine basis and its dosage should be adjusted accordingly. |
