| 摘 要： | 对Wastar和SD大白鼠附睾的分段进行了研究。除将附睾分为头、体、尾三部外,根据细胞的结构,管腔大小,空泡的分布及结合组化反应又将头部分为四段,尾部分为二段。并对各段的PAS反应进行了观察。为大鼠的生殖生理及人类计划生育提供了形态学基础。

| Abstract: | The morphology and zone division of the epididymis in the Wistar and SD adult rats were studed with light microscope. Three main regions were described:the caput epididymis, corpus epididymis and cauda epididymis. We further subdivided the caput epididymis into four regions, the cauda epididymis into two regions based on the cell structure, ductal size, vesicle distribution and histochemical reaction. The PAS reaction was studied in the different segments of epdidymis. This result provided morphological evidence for reproductive physiology of rats and for family planning. |
