出血性输卵管炎误诊宫外孕21例临床分析

目的 了解出血性输卵管炎致急腹症的发病特点、规律、提高对本病的认识，减少误诊。方法 对1996年1月至2001年11月收治的21例出血性输卵管炎病例进行回顾性分析。结果 本组3例诊断为出血性输卵管炎；13例误诊为宫外孕；5例保守治疗；16例手术治疗均治愈。结论 本病发病诱因多与近期宫腔内操作或妇科手术史有关，发病时可伴有不同程度的发热，腹痛多为持续性钝痛，内出血少，很少发生休克；血红蛋白下降缓慢，白细胞计数升高，中性粒细胞明显升高，治疗应以保守治疗为主。

Clinical analysis of 21 patients misdiagnosis extrauterine pregnancy caused by hemorrhagic salpingitis

Objective To study the features of onset, regularity of hemorrhagic salpingitis and to improve our knowledge, and to reduce misdiagnosis. Methods To study retrospectively 21 patients with hemorrhagic salpingitis from January, 1996 to November, 2001. Results 3 patients were diagnosed on admission, 13 patients were misdiagnosed extrauterine pregnancy .All patients were completely recovered, of which 5 patients were treated medically, 16 patients surgically.Conclusions The precipitation of hemorrhagic salpingitis was associated with recent intrauterine procedure or was operationed of gynecology. Onset of hemorrhagic salpingitis may be accompanied by different degree of fever, abdominal pain(usually continuous dull pain)and a small quantities of intraperitoneal hemorrhage, shock was not often found; hemoglobin reduced slowly, while the white blood cell count increased, and ntineutrophil obvious increased, Conservative management should be emphasized on therapy.
