手法隧道内劈核在硬核小切口白内障手术中的应用

摘    要:目的研究手法隧道内劈核小切口白内障囊外摘除术和超声乳化术在治疗硬核白内障的效果.方法 56例(87眼)患者行隧道内劈核小切口白内障囊外摘除术,50例(73眼)患者行超声乳化白内障术,观察术后患者裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力、角膜散光度、角膜内皮细胞计数.结果在植入非折叠人工晶状体后,术后两组的裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、角膜散光度,差异无统计学意义.术后1个月、3个月,两组的角膜内皮细胞计数差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论手法隧道内劈核和超声乳化模式治疗硬核白内障手术相比,两种手术方式疗效相近,可根据具体情况选择手术方式.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of phacoemulsification and manual chop nuclear in tunnel in small incision operation for hard nuclear cataract.Methods A total of 56cases (87eyes) with more than hard-IV nuclear were treated with manual chop nuclear in tunnel of small incision cataract.50cases (73eyes) with more than hard-IV nuclear were treated with phacoemulsification.The postoperative uncorrected and corrected distant vision,astigmatism were observed,the amount of corneal endothelium cells were observed 1 months and 3 months after operation.Results After being putted no-folding lens,the uncorrected and corrected distant vision and postoperative astigmatism had no significant difference between two groups.The amount of corneal endothelium cells had no significant difference between two groups 1 months and 3 months after operation (P0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification and manual chop nuclear in tunnel of small incision cataract have same effect,we can select the way based on specific condition.
