甲壳素及其衍生物在组织工程研究中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨甲壳素及其衍生物在组织工程研究中的应用现状及前景,方法:广泛查阅有关甲壳素其衍生物在组织工程研究中应用的文献,并总结其应用现状,结果:甲壳素及其衍生物在组织工程研究中主要应用在两方面,1.作为缓(控)释制剂;2.作为生物支架材料,并在多种组织的构建中发挥了作用,结论:甲壳素及其衍生物是一类有独特生物活性的天然高分子材料,在组织工程研究中有广阔的应用前景,与其它生物材料组成复合材料将是它今后的研究重点。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the present conditions and prospects of chitin and its derivatives use for tissue engineering. Methods:The literatures about the use in tissue engineering of chitin and its derivatives were widely reviewed, at one time, analysed the present conditions of them. ResultSrThere are two aspects about the major use of chitin and its derivatives for tissue engineering, one is act as a sustained release agent, the other is act as a biology scaffold material, and it had made an importan role in reconstruction of many kinds of tissues. Conclusion:Chitin and its derivatives were a kind of nature high polymer material which have distinctive biologic activity. It will be a wide prospect in study of tissue engineering. The focal point of chitin and its derivatives will focus on the compound materials.
