2002～2005年通州市医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

[目的]掌握通州市医疗机构消毒质量,为预防和控制医院感染提供参考依据。[方法]对医疗机构消毒质量进行监测分析。[结果]监测总合格率由2002年的66.46%提高到2005年的94.09%;在各类监测项目中,室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中消毒液、医疗器械、压力蒸汽灭菌器和紫外线灯辐照强度的合格率分别为54.89%、82.65%、81.31%、86.95%、86.56%、94.44%、86.61%。[结论]各类样品监测合格率均有提高,但还存在一定差距,因此必须加强对消毒工作的管理,以提高消毒质量。

ANALYSIS OF MONITORING RESULTS OF DISINFECTION QUALITY OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS IN TONGZHOU CITY

[Objective] To master the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Tongzhou City,and provide basis for effective prevention and control of nosocomial infection.[Methods] The quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Tongzhou City was monitored.[Results] The overall eligible rate of disinfection quality increased from 66.46% in 2002 to 94.09% in 2005.The eligible rate of air,surface of object,hands of medical staffs,disinfectant in use,medical apparatus,autoclaves and irradiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp were 54.89%,82.65%,81.31%,86.95 %,86.56%,94.44 % and 86.61% respectively.[Conclusion] Various of monitoring indices were improved,but there were still some shortcomings,so the administration of disinfection work should be strengthened to improve the quality of disinfection.
