| 摘 要： | 目的 从细胞免疫角度探讨三心导赤饮对迟发性超敏反应的抑制作用。方法 以2、4-二硝基氯苯致敏小鼠迟发性超敏反应为动物模型观察三心导赤饮对炎症反应的抑制作用；用免疫荧光法检测外周血T细胞亚群(CD4^ 和CD8^ )；用MTT比色法检测脾脏淋巴细胞转化率。结果 三心导赤饮可抑制迟发性超敏反应的炎症反应，抑制迟发性超敏反应中异常升高的脾脏淋巴细胞转化率，降低外周血中T淋巴细胞，尤其是在迟发性超敏反应中起主导作用的Th细胞。结论 三心导赤饮具有确切的治疗急性湿疹的作用，具有一定的抑制细胞免疫作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Sanxindaochiying on delayed-type hypersensitivity immunologi-cally. Methods The allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) mice model was induced by DNCB. Seventy Kunming mice were randomly divided into 7 groups. The inhibitory effects of Sanxindaochiying on inflammatory reaction were observed. Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroups were measured by indirect immunofluorescence method and lymphocyte transformation by MMT method respectively. Results Sanxindaochiying could inhibit DNCB-induced ACD reaction, and decrease lymphocyte transformation and peripheral blood T lymphocyte number. Conclusion Sanxindaochiying has a definite effect for treating acute dermatitis and eczema and can inhibit the cellular immune reaction. |
