急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发脑病的临床与EEG分析

目的：分析急性一氧化碳（CO）中毒后迟发脑病的临床与脑电图（EEG）异常改变，为判定预后和指导治疗提供依据。方法：对60例急性CO中毒后迟发脑病的临床与EEG资料，进行回顾性分析。结果：60例患者多数于急性CO中毒昏迷清醒后不久出现了迟发脑病特有的神经精神症状与体征，全部病例EEG均表现为异常，其中轻度异常37例，中度异常20例，重度异常3例，且与临床表现大致对应。结论：EEG检查对急性CO中毒及迟发脑病的预防，指导临床治疗、判定预后、降低迟发脑病的发生率等方面具有重要意义。

Clinical Manifestations and EEG Abnormalities in Patients with Delayed Encephalopathy Following Acute Carbon Monoxide Intoxication

Objective To analyze the correlation between clinical manifestations and EEG abnormalities in the patients with delayed encepholpthy following acute carbon monoxide intoxication(DEACMP) and provide the evidences for evaluating the prognosis and guiding the treatment in the disorder.Methods Clinical manifestations and EEG abnormalities in 60 patients with DEACMP were analyzed and the correlation between the both was compared,reapectively.Results All patients presented more or less neuropsychic abnormalities specific for DEACMP.At the same time,all the patients presented either slighter or severer EEG abnormalities,of them,slight abnormality was found in 37 cases,moderate in 20,and severe in 3.The severity of EEG abnormalities was in direct correlation to that of clinical manifestations.Conclusion EEG changes in the patients with DEACMP have important significance in evaluating the prognosis and guiding the treatment.
