Th2型趋化性细胞因子受体CCR4在异位性皮炎患者的表达

目的:为了研究异位性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)患者皮损Th2型趋化性细胞因子受体CCR4在AD的发病过程中的作用。方法:采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测21例AD患者皮损内和18例健康对照者正常皮肤中CCR4的表达水平;采用直线相关回归分析方法分析CCR4mRNA的表达与AD病情严重程度的关系。结果:AD患者皮损内CCR4mRNA表达水平明显高于对照组(P=0.0101);AD患者皮损内CCR4mRNA表达水平与病情严重程度呈正相关性(r=0.9059,P<0.0001)。结论:趋化性细胞因子受体CCR4可能参与了AD的发病过程,并与病情的严重程度呈正相关。

Expression of Th2 Cell Chemokine Receptor CCR4 in Patients with Atopic Dermatitis

Objective: To study the important role of Th2 cell chemokine receptor CCR4 in patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods: The production CCR4 mRNA was measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The relationship between CCR4 and disease severity(SCORAD index system) was assessed by correlation analysis. Results: Expression of CCR4 mRNA was higher in patients with atopic dermatitis than healthy control subjects(P=0.0101). Expression of CCR4 mRNA was markedly positive correlation with SCORAD index system(r=0.9059, P < 0.0001). Conclusions: Our data suggest an important role of CCR4 in the development and advance of atopic dermatitis.
