江苏口岸出入境人员艾滋病梅毒感染情况分析

目的了解江苏口岸出入境人群中艾滋病、梅毒感染情况,为有效开展艾滋病、梅毒防控提供科学依据。方法对2005—2009年江苏口岸出入境人员艾滋病、梅毒监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果江苏口岸出入境人员艾滋病、梅毒感染呈逐年上升趋势。出境人员中,艾滋病、梅毒感染以劳务人员所占的比例最高,分别为82.26%和91.56%;入境人员艾滋病感染以商务人员所占的比例最高为28.85%;感染途径以性传播途径为主。结论对高危人群,尤其是劳务人员应采取多渠道、多形式的宣传教育并采取相应的行为干预措施,同时应在法律上对故意传播艾滋病的行为加以严惩,从而保证艾滋病防治基本策略的顺利实施。

Analysis on surveillance results of AIDS and syphilis infection among entry-exit personnel at Jiangsu port

Objective To investigate the infection prevalence of HIV/AIDS and syphilis among entry-exit population at Jiangsu port, and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods The surveillance data of HIV/AIDS and syphilis were retrospectively analyzed from 2005 to 2009 among entry-exit population at Jiangsu port. Results The infection prevalence of HIV/AIDS and syphilis showed an upward trend year after year among entry-exit population at Jiangsu port. In the exit personnel, the proportion of laborers with HIV/AIDS and syphilis infection was the highest, accounting for 82.26% and 91.56%, respectirely. In the entry personnel, the proportion of business people with HIV/ AIDS infection was the highest, it was 28.85%. And all the people were mainly infected by sex intercourse. Conclusion To high-risk groups, especially the labors, it is necessary to take a multi-channel, multi-forms of propaganda and education, and to make behavioral intercourse. The action of willfully spread of HIV/AIDS should be punished in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the basic strategy of HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
