2009年深圳口岸流感疫情监测结果分析

目的分析深圳口岸2009年流感监测结果,了解口岸这一特定人群流感流行特征。方法选择监测期内由深圳罗湖口岸、福田口岸、深圳湾口岸3个传染病监测口岸工作部采集入境有流感样症状的发热旅客鼻咽拭子样本,提取病毒RNA,采用实时荧光定量PCR法进行检测;同时进行流行病学个案调查。结果共采集鼻咽拭子样本2 166份,其中497例阳性,总阳性率为22.95%。甲型H1N1流感阳性264例(占53.12%),季节性甲型流感阳性220例(占44.27%),季节性乙型流感阳性13例(占2.62%)。男性样本1590份,阳性339例(阳性率21.32%);女性样本576份,阳性158例(阳性率27.43%)。10～19岁年龄组甲型流感病毒阳性率最高,为21.91%。2009年7、8月流感阳性率最高,阳性率分别为46.70%,41.44%;其次为2009年1、2月,阳性率分别为19.61%、21.70%。结论深圳口岸存在甲型H1N1、季节性甲型和乙型3种流感流行,以甲型H1N1和季节性甲型流感病毒为优势流行毒株;青少年易于感染甲型流感。

Influenza surveillance at Shenzhen ports in 2009

Objective To study on influenza surveillance data from entry people,and to understand the influenza epidemiological trends at Shenzhen ports.Methods Nasopharyngeal swabs from patients with symptoms of influenza-like illness were collected from January 2009 to December 2009 at Shenzhen ports.Influenza virus was detected by real time PCR.Results In total of 2166 swabs,497 cases were positive,the rate was 22.95%.Influenza A（H1N1） was the predominant strain with ratio of 53.12%（264/497） which followed by seasonal A（44.27%,220/497） and seasonal B（2.62%,13/497）.Influenza A（H1N1） was more prevalent in age group between 10～19.From January 2009 to December 2009,there were two peaks for influenza A virus which were in January to February and July to August.Conclusion Influenza A（H1N1） was more predominant than seasonal A in the summer of 2009.
