皇岗口岸首例输入性恶性疟疾的流行病学调查及处置措施

摘    要:目的探讨国境口岸归国劳务人员疟疾检疫防控方法,优化归国劳务人员传染病监测工作模式,提高口岸截获输入性疟疾的能力。方法通过医学巡查手段在皇岗口岸从入境归国劳务人员中筛查疟疾疑似病例,进行流行病学调查和医学排查并采集血液样本送检。结果通过流行病学调查、医学排查和实验室检查,确诊1例归国劳务人员为恶性疟疾病例,3例为既往曾患疟疾病例。结论口岸应加强归国劳务人员传染病监测工作,充分发挥医学巡查等主动性工作手段,达到快速、准确、及时发现输入性疟疾的目的,为2020年全国实现消除疟疾的目标提供有力保障。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the surveillance mode on infectious diseases among returned laborers, and to improve the capacity of intercepting introduced malaria at port. Methods 4 suspected malaria cases which were intercepted by means of medical patrol from returned laborers were epidemiological investigated and medical screened. Results By the epidemiology survey, medicine screening and laboratory examination, one returned laborer were diagnosed as pernicious malaria, three others were recent cases have been diagnosed as malaria. Conclusion Surveillance on infectious diseases among returned laborers should be strengthened at port. We should give full play to proactive measures such as medical patrol, so as to achieve the purpose of intercepting introduced malaria rapidly and accurately. It will give a powerful guarantee for the goal of eliminating malaria nationwide at 2020 as well.
