| 摘 要： | 自 1996年 7月至 2 0 0 2年 6月 ,本院共施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 392例 ,未发生 1例胆道损伤。经回顾性分析 ,本文认为对手术困难估计不足和适应证选择不当、操作视野欠清晰、技术与人为因素是医源性胆道损伤的主要原因。胆道损伤诊断时间包括术中及时诊断、术后数日内诊断、术后再入院诊断。治疗的方法依据胆道损伤的部位及程度而定

| Abstract: | Cholecytectomy under celocope were performed in 392 cases from 1996,7 to 2002,6 no patient got biliary tract injuryed.Our experience indicates major reasons of medical biliary tract injury is as follow:overlooking the difficult of operation,incorrect choise of indications,no clear visual field of operative aera and so on.The diagnosis of medical biliary tract injury conclude prompt diagnosis during opertiong,short term diagnosis after operation and post operation diagnosis after several days.The management should be determined according to the position and degree of biliary tract injury. |
