高血压、糖尿病患者社区行为干预效果分析

目的探讨社区行为干预对高血压、糖尿病的影响。方法对149例高血压患者及55例糖尿病患者进行社区行为干预，并分析干预的效果。结果社区干预后患者血压及血糖控制率明显高于干预前；干预对象在按时服药、吸烟、饮酒、食盐摄人量及运动等方面，行为改变在干预前后有显著差异。结论开展社区综合防治，进行社区行为干预能够有效控制高血压、糖尿病，应在社区卫生服务中心广泛开展行为干预活动。

Interventional Effectiveness of Community Behaviors in Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the effect of community behavior intervention on hypertension and diabetes. Methods 149 patients with hypertension and 55 patients with diabetes were selected at random to practice community behavior intervention and compared the effect before and after. Results Patients' blood pressure and their blood sugar control rate in post-intervention was obviously higher than those in pre-intervention;as far as their behavior transfer was concerned, such as taking medicine punctually, smoking,drinking,salt intake and doing exercises, there was a significant difference before and after intervention. Conclusion Performing community behavior intervention has an active effect on controlling hypertension and diabetes.
